When visitors arrive at the Portland Ice Rink, they will be transported to a woodsy winter wonderland. Guests will walk through a shimmering light tunnel and enter a cozy den of delight with shopping options, lounge and sitting areas, fire pits, food, and drink. With your Tier 1 sponsorship your organization can name this magical Winter Village.

We are excited to invite Tier 1 and 2 event sponsors on stage for the opening event on Saturday, December 16 which will include elected officials and key project partners.

The Woodsy Winter Village will be home to five pop-up vendor booths that evoke the welcoming charm of a mountain-warming hut. Organizations sponsoring at this level can add company branding to a booth and have the option of operating the booth if you wish. We recognize operating a booth for the whole rink season may not be feasible, so we are happy to donate your booth to local small businesses when your team is unable to be there.
